5. **False SIM card and violation of TRAI rules**: If the thug has acquired the SIM card illegally, action can be taken under the rules of the Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (TRAI). It can also lead to imprisonment and fines.

Or inform about everything by mailing www.cybercrime.gov.in.
The sooner you inform cyber crime about the thefts or fraud the sooner they will start looking for them.
